The first of MANY gradings @norfolkjiujitsu Today showed how disciplined you’ve all been and it displayed your level of technique application. Congratulations to Clay, Brodie, Josh, Caleb and Alex on their promotions to blue belt. Also, a special congratulations to Gavin on his long awaited promotion to purple. What I loved most was the support from the guys who just wanted to show up and help out their teammates. Jiu Jitsu has a very bright future in this County. by @norfolkjiujitsu
