Finished!! A labor of love for sure. Now the real test....seeing how they hold up to being worn. I'm notoriously hard on objects. Shoes, clothes, purses, etc. you name it, I'm able to put it through its paces.
Fingers crossed this wasn't all for nothing.

Im not great with reels, so pardon the whack job. But seeing how @florence is a huge inspiration, for both these boots and in general. I wanted to use that beautiful song, which, at times makes me weep, to show off my progress.

I had a pair of boots ruin after using waterproofing spray protection on them (having used such sprays on all types of shoes and fabric for 30+ years as a prior shoe salesman and this never happening before) and the lame customer service @drscholls_official gives me a canned response and offered nothing but for me to pay to return ship them for "inspection" .

But my momma always taught me to make lemonade when handed lemons, with a creative flare.

And since I remembered I'm a badass artist who is not afraid of standing out, I'm going to make these the most badass one of kind boots. See last two pics for the before.

I've been really digging working in a limited format of 2, 3, & 4 inch squares.
