HBD to me!🎉🤗❤️ As the kids would say, "It's giving GRATITUDE!" 23,652,000 minutes to be exact...or 45 years!

Confession: I was super tired today. My mind said to ignore my feelings and do something "grand!"...but my body and my heart were like, "Nahhh!". So, instead of pushing, I stepped back and made this a day of rest and reflection.

This past year challenged me in so many ways, and through those challenges, I was also able to get clearer about who I am, what I want, what brings me to life, and what offers me peace. I learned to say 'yes' more emphatically...as well as 'no'. I gave myself permission to get things wrong and be a bit messy (still working on that one), and I took moments to step back into my talents from a perspective of joy instead of lack.

I have accepted that I am forever a work in progress, continually growing into who I am and who I want to be, and all along the way, the many people and experiences who have touched my life, who have offered me a listening ear, a soft space to land and be seen, and who have joined me on this wild and wonderful adventure have indelibly shaped me into someone who I'm truly proud of - all the while, I am letting go of the things that no longer serve me.

Maybe that realization comes with age...or maybe it comes with truly, actively living. We're not supposed to be perfect, but is life supposed to be exciting? Hell yeah! Let's dive in!! CRINGE 2026 ...PART 3! LOL! Still rusty, but still going. I have absolutely LOVED @oliviadeano 's latest album from start to finish, and so I thought I'd see how this one landed in my voice. I'm so happy that songwriting and storytelling is coming back. It always inspires me to hear music that moves my soul...and her whole album did just that!! Continuing with 'CRINGE 2026'! 😅🤣 I'm really itching to get back to my music. It's such an important part of my life, and I want to honor that.
