One of the greatest validations of our journey came from those who know sake best.

Receiving recognition from Kura Master and the International Wine Challenge wasn’t simply about winning awards. It affirmed that a different way of thinking about sake could still honour its craft.

For us, it marked not the destination, but the beginning of a much longer journey.
