QLD's STRONGEST MAN & WOMEN 2026 🥇

Day 1 -
Deadlifts - went in blind and pulled up at 5 reps at 260kg hoping that should be enough. 🥇
BB overhead - Made a error (i am a peanut) thinking both boys missed the 100kg, hit a very easy 100kg and finished confidently. 🫠🥇tied.
Stones - Another event i had 0 doubt in, turns out I nearly bombed on a 140kg stone. 😳🫪🥇

Day 2 -
Farmers into sled - Made a real tuna milkshake out of this one. 🥉
Sandbag toss - Actually exceeded any expectations here and got 4 clean bags. 🥉
Sandbag steeple - Nearly launched the 100kg husafell out of my arms and lucky made up time with a fast 120kg pick and load. 🥇

And @little.meeks - @the_strength_junction for hosting such a well run, buzz of a comp you guys really done a good thing!
@just_tif__ for being the absolute queen shit server and doing the big job of carrying @australias.strongest 👸🏽

Road trip to Sydney - compete in NSW strongman championship.
3rd in u90s
Walked away with some rad PBs a mad whippin off the mother of strongman and a sweet day hanging with some of the absolute best.
- Farmers 130kg p/h PB
- 140kg sandbag to shoulder PB
- 260kg x 6 calibrated plates deadlift PB.

Drive 6+hr home sleep, wake up, re caffinate my already scattered brain, drive back to the gym and compete again at our Fenrir Throwdown.
120kg log C&P x 2
125kg x 1

Haven't been in the suit for months, put it back on to hold my spine in one piece and pulled a nice 305kg and broke soild ground with the 320kg.

117kg axle,
108kg farmers x 20m
120kg sandbag x 20m
200kg sled drag.

My brain is 1 part blue raspberry preworkout and 1 part mush.
But i can't thank my boy enough for a madness 24hrs @lindsay_fenrir_strongman
2 comps - 10 events - 12+hrs driving.

Thanks to everyone that was apart of such a good strongman weekend.
You guys are the best.

HUDDO AWARD

Congratulations to @_journeytome who was awarded the Huddo Award today for her grit and determination stepping up a weight class at the Fenrir Throwdown competition

Kasey was cheering all day for fellow competitors, got a nice Axle PB and did not slow up all day against a strong field of ladies.

@lindsay_fenrir_strongman and @norse_mind both know Huddo would have been proud

Finally starting to feel the fire again.

Today we got the worst news.
We lost a brother, friend and true warrior.

You where as hard as they come, loyal and a man of he's word and yet the most humble human i have ever got the privilege to meet.

You where a TRUE warrior and nothing stood in your way.

Im proud to be your friend and I thankyou for being mine.

My heart goes out to all hes family, brothers and friends.

120 - 127.5kg log
Last video I absolutely butchered that clean on the 135kg and missed the press.
Not a single doubt I have over the aus u80 log record.
