Join @l.ilyroscoe for Breath & Burn [5:15PM], a 45-minute session combining breathwork with isolated bodyweight movements inspired by Pilates, calisthenics, and primal movement to boost strength and mental endurance.

Also launching on October 21st is Core & Control with @elizabethdbulley [6:15PM], a high-intensity, low-impact workout fusing Pilates principles with athletic conditioning to target deep muscular endurance and precise movement.

Clubs start Mon, October 19th. Parents with a gym membership who enroll their students are able to include them on their member profiles. This allows them time to climb with 1 chaperone while their 8-week program is active.
