Grand Final of the @aflsydneyofficial Women's Premier Division between @northshorefc and @suanfc from Blacktown International Sports Park on Saturday 19th September 2026

A great game of footy to cap off a fantastic season for both of these two teams. Things were tight in the opening term, with North Shore pressing ahead to lead by 18 points at the main break. Sydney Uni kept them to a single point in the 3rd. North Shore continued to withstand the pressure and kept their noses in front, securing the flag by 10 points.

Congrats to North Shore and commiserations to a gallant Sydney University.

150 games for Tilly!!

One of the true pillars of North Shore, Tilly has been there since the very beginning of the Bombers women’s program, becoming the first woman in the club to reach 150 games. She can play anywhere on the ground and always gets the job done, but there’s nothing better than watching her take a big mark and hit the scoreboard.

A great teammate on and off the field, Tilly is always there to support those around her and the club in any way she can. She’s played a huge part in shaping the women’s program into what it is today, and the Bombers wouldn’t be the same without her.

Saturday is a FULL day of Bombers footy from start to finish, kicking off at 9:00am with our Men’s U19.5 Div 1 getting us underway!

An incredible effort from the club to have a team competing in every single match of the day ! 👏
