Yep, Raspberry Pi OS + Python. The visualization is custom-made in Python/Pygame — LiDAR point cloud plus mmWave targets in the same live view. The Pi 3B is pretty much maxed out now 😅

Spent almost a week tuning the PID on this self-balancing robot… turns out the angle estimator was the real problem. 😅
3° before the fall, 10° after — same physical position.

Single M0601A hub motor lifting 7.5 kg at 30 RPM straight from the motor outer shell.
Honestly, I didn’t expect this much torque from this
Testing motors for future project➡️

Motor: M0601A hub motor
Voltage: 24 V
Speed setting: 30 RPM
Load: 7.5 kg
Drum / outer diameter: 74.5 mm
Estimated torque: ~2.74 Nm
Tangential force: ~73.6 N
Result: Lifted easily by @northworkslab

Quick reaction test for a possible self-balancing robot 🤖
MPU6050 gyro data is controlling the motor in real time — even a small tap on the table makes it react instantly.
