Housewarming (Silent Disco), 10 May 25!!
Thank you to everyone who danced to this mix, even for a second or two. And thank you to anyone who sang out loud because it’s a brave thing to do at a silent disco 🪩🪩 by @noscial

Disturbia (Rihanna x Noscial)
—
I work on a lot more music than my posting suggests lmao but also not as much as I’d hope. Somewhere in the middle. Anyway, I was really excited to be making this in its early stages so I hope the feature-length version does it justice. by @noscial

About You x Robbers. (The 1975 x Dani Cimorelli x Mikael Olsson). The album came out and About You immediately set roots in my thoughts for several reasons, chief among them being its obvious connection to Robbers. I don’t think this is the quintessential mashup but I do love it. I was hoping other fans would love it too, and I’m so relieved that that is the case.

The production on About You made this kind of mashup kind of difficult because all of its elements are so welded together. I had to make creative decisions about which elements I’d include based on how clear it was (because the musical compatibility is of course undeniable), but the good thing about SoundCloud is that I can revisit those choices if I decide to change them later and reupload accordingly. by @noscial

Drivers License by Olivia Rodrigo.
—
Every song I post is a first draft, but I think this is a lil more unrefined than usual. But I also think it sounds pretty and I like the chords I used for it. I generally listen to and play pretty soft music but I never thought I could produce it well, which is why almost everything I’ve come out with so far is big or energetic edm. I’m not saying I did well this time, but I didn’t do as poorly as I expected lmao. Melancholy Olivia >>>. Listen through my story or in the remix highlights. by @noscial

Binary Sunset by John Williams.

A long time ago, I tracked the midi for John Williams’ Binary Sunset score and I recently found it again and tried to apply what I learned since then. WIP but it could definitely be worse lmao. Click through in my story or Remix highlights by @noscial

Dear Maria, Count Me In by All Time Low. I’m working on trying to both streamline the production process so that I can produce as fast as I have the ideas and work on small skills and little details that I think are invaluable to pieces but just kind of take time to do by @noscial

If You’re Too Shy by The 1975. I made this song in approximately five total hours and I don’t really feel like doing anything more for it lmao. Song is in my soundcloud or my story highlights. Hope you like. taken in Cardiff by @noscial

If You’re Too Shy by The 1975. I started this today. I wanted the song to sound different, a little more rnb, while still keeping some bounce. I thought about making a really rnb version of this. Maybe another day taken in Cardiff by @noscial

Meet Me Halfway by The Black Eyed Peas. I was sent a tiktok that reminded me of this song and how much I didn’t like the production of the original song, even before I tried producing music myself. I’ve been doing progressive house a lot lately because it’s fun. This is also the earliest into the process I’ll have posted a snippet. I made this like an hour ago. Also, this song is so old but there are no good acapellas out there?? Trerrible by @noscial

Roses by The Chainsmokers. I’m not sure why I made this. I think it turned out alright though. I like the vocal chop they made. Definitely had to keep it in by @noscial

The Nights by Avicii. I made this knowing that I didn’t know the original that well. I actually only started it because @garrett.gbl kept singing it while we played Warzone. I think it turned out okay. by @noscial

I Knew You Were Trouble (Taylor Swift Remix). Definitely a wip but I think it’s neat so far! The abundance of clear, free Taylor Swift acapellas (stem-like) is the reason behind why I feel like my remixes lean heavily toward her music by @noscial
