My family recently took a trip to @mohonkmountainhouse in New Paltz, NY. This Victorian-style resort is an all-inclusive located in the Hudson Valley. There’s nothing quite like sailing around Newport, RI during the summer! ⛵️ Take in the beautiful scenery of Newport’s iconic landmarks on Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay, including majestic mansions, historic forts, and scenic lighthouses. It’s so peaceful and I even learned some history about the area. Plus, drinks are available on board the boat to make it extra fun!

Tried so many fun brunch dishes and cocktails with a Latin twist at @ironvinepeekskill 🍳🥑🍹

Located in the heart of downtown Peekskill is Iron Vine — which is a lovely tapas bar and restaurant serving dishes inspired from Spain and Latin America. Peekskill is in Westchester County and directly on the Hudson River. Their downtown has so many cute buildings and is perfect for a stroll after brunch!

Don’t miss their sangria flight (I tried guava, passionfruit, and hibiscus). I loved all their dishes but highlights included the eggs benedict on a crab cake surrounded by lobster sauce, salmon bowl with quinoa, and breakfast burrito, and avocado toast. taken in Peekskill, New York by @noshplate
