Why I’m disappearing (but not really)

Seven years ago, I started sharing energy balls from my kitchen.

I had been making them for my children to avoid rubbish on supermarket shelves

I delivered locally in small batches.
Then COVID hit and I built a website to serve the customers I already had.

But something unexpected happened ~ people all over the country found me.

I’ve never spent a penny on advertising or marketing.

Every single order has come from YOU… telling someone who tells someone else.

(I’m number 2 food producer on Trustpilot. Help me get to number 1! 👀)

My mission?

I eat a whole-food, plant-based diet and I love showing people how incredible nature is.

Every ball is sweetened with whole fruit; never any added sugars.

When someone swaps their UPF biscuits for NOSH I get giddy!!

Both my kids are now at uni. Chris retired a couple of years ago to extract max fun from life.

We’ve been given back the gift of spontaneity ~ and now want to get back to travel! 🌎

So here’s what’s changing:

I’m not shutting down totally.

But I will be away sometimes ~ a week here, a month there.

I’ll keep you posted on when I’m around and taking orders.

My Insta grid presence is going to slow right down.

Life has been a bit up-in-the-air this summer.

But life has now informed me I can travel again!!

I am shutting the website on 20th September and won’t be posting NOSH again until December.

Please do stock up (if you want to! 🤠)

💡 And remember they freeze BEAUTIFULLY.

I know I say it a lot, but thank you so much for sticking around. I get such a huge amount of life satisfaction from making and posting your parcels 💕
