🎬 Proud moment!

One of the things I love most about my calling is building communities and creating opportunities for artists to thrive, collaborate, and be seen.

Last night, not one, not two, but THREE short films developed through the Nosotros Ya Tú Sabes (YTS) program—produced by yours truly and brought to life through the vision of Hector Felix—were featured at the 25th Anniversary of @laliff_ and they dominated! 🔥

From the incredible talent on screen to the dedicated creatives behind the camera, this is exactly why we do what I am blessed to do.

Excited to see Hector get the recognition he deserves for the multi-talented artist he is!

Thank you to everyone who believed, collaborated, and helped make these projects possible.

The future is bright, and I can’t wait to produce Season 6 and beyond! 🚀🎥✨

Honored to be part of Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival @laliff_ as a Special Screening this May 28th at 4:15 PM at the TCL Chinese Theatre, Auditorium 4.

“ROPA SUCIA” / Dirty Laundry, winner of the Audience Choice Award at the Ya Tú Sabes Monologue Slam Season 5 by @nosotrosorg will now be presented as part of this incredible festival celebrating Latino voices and storytelling.

What started as a monologue born from truth, vulnerability, and passion has continued opening doors in ways I could never imagine. Grateful to everyone who believed in this piece, to our team, and to every person supporting independent Latino cinema and theater.

See you in Hollywood. 🎬🏆🎞️🎥✨

Today’s news has brought sadness. It’s a difficult and honest reminder that a legacy can take a lifetime to build—and a single revelation can call that entire legacy into question.

For generations, work has been done that created impact, opened doors, and uplifted a community. That matters. And it should be acknowledged.

But truth matters just as much—if not more.

As more comes to light, we find ourselves at a crossroads. Not of choosing sides, but of choosing principles. Because no movement, no mission, and no legacy can ever justify harm to another person—especially when it involves the most vulnerable among us.

This is not about assigning blame without full understanding. But it is about recognizing that accountability, wherever it belongs, is part of honoring the truth.

We send love and strength to all those impacted—those who have spoken, those who have yet to, and those still processing their place within it all.

If a legacy is to mean anything, it must be strong enough to face the truth.

As a father, I can say this clearly: no movement is beyond accountability when it comes to the protection of our children.

I encourage everyone to voice their opinions, to share their sorrow, shock, even where (or with who they stand)…

I stand for this to be fully brought to light—with honesty, accountability, and with humanity.

Our Juan Munevar produced his first short film Let in the Sun — and honestly… this is what’s it’s all about!

Because this is exactly why I have dedicated years building Nosotros with awesome people like him. 🌱🎬

Not a club.
No velvet rope.
No gatekeeping.

An Ecosystem.

A place where filmmakers meet collaborators.
Where actors meet directors.
Where ideas turn into crews… and crews turn into stories. Ya Tu Sabes!

Juan came in, learned, connected, collaborated — and then went out and MADE something that’s his.

That’s the dream.
That’s the point.
