There’s always a ship.
There’s always a Captain.
There’s always a mission.

For 60 years, #startrek fans have boldly gone where no one has gone before. Now, as the current run of Trek shows is coming to an end, fans are once again asking that ultimate question: what’s next?

No matter where the next adventures take us, one thing can be certain: fans want to see more adventures aboard the Starship Enterprise - with a new Captain, a new crew, & all new places to explore!

So now @skydance @paramountplus @chrisparnell73 : it’s time to merge fiction with reality & make #startreklegacy by @terrymatalas so - let’s Vulcan go! 🖖 by @not.joshing.you

Them: modern music doesn’t belong in Trek.

Me: maybe you’re just using the wrong song for the scene. Besides, there’s a symphony version of everything these days, and I can make it whatever music I want when it’s fan fiction.

Back to dealing with all the stuff from the last few days, typing away while Space Dad tells me he’s proud of me + I get to drive the ship in a cool, new uniform…at least that’s what it felt like he said when I was 10. #startrektng #captainpicard #wesleycrusher #startreklegacy by @not.joshing.you

We were gonna go on all new adventures

On an all-new Enterprise

With a new Captain and crew

A little reminder why, in case you forgot.

There’s still time to make it so, @skydance @chrisparnell73 #startrek #startrekpicard

Here we are a day later, and I still don’t have the words. I don’t know what could adequately express the grief and sadness that I, like many others, am feeling right now, and have been for the last 24+ hours. The last time I felt anywhere close to this is when my dad passed away a few years ago.

And even though words escape me currently, Seven and Shaw both have experience dealing with grief and loss, and they have had quite a bit to say on the subject today, and hopefully, have some comforting words to offer as well.

Thank you, Captain Picard
Rest in peace, Sir Patrick

“Fear no more the heat o’ the sun,
Nor the furious winter’s rages;
Thou thy worldly task hast done,
Home art gone, and ta’en thy wages:
Golden lads and girls all must,
As chimney-sweepers, come to dust.”
- Cymbeline; Act 4, Scene 2

#12monkeys Jennifer Goines loves movie quotes & pop-culture references.

#visionquest All of EDITH’s outfit changes follow that line of thinking; where they can be nods to movies, tv, or even videos on the internet.

Am I just seeing things where they’re not, or was it done deliberately? by @not.joshing.you
