Not every race is going to be a PB.

Race 2 of 4 - Open Solo - 1:15:22 on the clock.

Definitely went into this one hoping for more, and there were parts of the race I know I could’ve done better. But sometimes the day just doesn’t go exactly how you pictured it.

Still had a lot of fun racing this one, and looking back now, I’m glad I got to experience all the highs and lows across these four races.

Four races done. A lot learned. And the chase continues. 🫡

WE TRAINED FOR HYROX
OUR PEOPLE GOT US THROUGH IT 💪🏼⭐️

There comes a point during HYROX when strength has very little to do with your muscles.

Your legs are heavy, your lungs are on fire, and then, somewhere through all that noise, you hear your people screaming your name.

Suddenly, you find a little more strength.
One more run. One more rep. One more push.

That was our real fuel that day. ❤️

We did the running, pushing and pulling. But honestly, they carried us through every station.

The costumes made us look like superheroes. Our people made us feel like them. 💪🏼

We crossed the finish line as two, but this race belonged to every person who showed up, shouted, laughed, filmed, ran alongside the barricades and gave us their energy when ours was running dangerously low.

I’ll remember the race.
But I’ll never forget the sound of our people believing in us. 🥹❤️

I’ve imagined this moment a hundred times. I just never imagined it would feel like this.❤️

Four HYROX races.
Mixed Doubles. Men’s Doubles. Open Solo. Relay.
By the time I got to that fourth race, my body was done, every muscle was screaming, and honestly, I had no idea what I had left in me.

I did not think I had it in me to go on against elites in the relay but just went on the track and smashed the ergs. Then somehow… we got the flag.

Holding that flag after the fourth race hit differently. Not because it was a podium, but because I know exactly how much it took to get here.

@gabeheck I genuinely wouldn’t be standing here without you. The kind of improvement I have seen over the past 5 months that you've coached has been really impressive and I know we are just getting started.

Then there’s my people, the friends, the ones screaming from the sidelines, checking in, training with me, pushing me and believing in me. The energy you’ve given me has carried me through more than you probably realise. This flag belongs to you all more than me.

And Mumbai… what a way to make it full circle. This is where my @hyroxindia journey began, and this is where I got my first podium.

Waking up today, sore everywhere, completely exhausted, and seeing that flag next to me on the bed…

Yeah. It was worth every single rep. 🏁❤️ by @not_so.harsh

Still taking it all in. Just incredibly grateful to everyone who has been a part of this journey and helped me get here. 🙏

First, @coach_deepanayak without your coaching, I probably wouldn’t even be doing HYROX today. Thank you for getting me started and pushing me to become better. ❤️
