A recap from a few days in Cape Town with @beyondmembers.club

Mornings at the Ironman Villa, discovering the city by
G-Wagon, hanging out with the penguins at Boulder Beach, an afternoon at the gun range, and a beautiful Cape Town sunset dinner with good company.

5 years ago, at 22, I wrote down a plan that felt completely delusional.

Today, on my 27th birthday, I’ve checked off every single thing on that list.

Here’s some things I’ve learned along the path. ⬇️

A boy becomes a man through pain, failure, rejection, loss, disrespect, deadly risks, and heartbreaks — not age.

Pain is the entry fee to manhood.
Without it, you stay soft.
Only through suffering do you learn strength, patience, and control.

Failure humbles you.
It burns your ego and forces you to rebuild yourself from the ground up, sharper, wiser, tougher.

Rejection teaches self-worth.
When the world says “no,” you learn that your value isn’t up for negotiation.

Loss makes life real.
Until you’ve lost something you thought you couldn’t live without, you don’t understand what truly matters.

Disrespect forces you to set boundaries.
A man who doesn’t demand respect will never receive it.

Deadly risks forge courage.
A man who’s faced danger and survived walks differently.
Fear never controls him the same way again.

Never wish for an easy life.
The fire you’re running from is the same fire that forges you into who you’re meant to be.

Heartbreak kills the boy inside you.
It forces you to stop living for others and start building for yourself.

Masculinity isn’t taught, it’s earned.
Through scars, lessons, and trials, you build a man the world can’t break. by @notanng

8 festivals, 30+ international artists, and countless moments captured. Shoutout to everyone who trusted me to document these events.

Next goal: touring with an artist or filming even bigger festivals worldwide. Let’s see where this leads. ✈️ taken in Montreal, Canada by @notanng

Landscape Shredding w/ DJI Avata 2 ⚡️

This the second reel for @djiglobal in a series of three epic and diverse locations where I pushed the Avata 2 to absolute limit. Here @notanng and I drove 4 hours up north into Alabama Hills where I witnessed one the most majestic landscapes I’ve ever seen.

As evident in the shots of the video, I was much more confident with my flying this time around after getting some solid practice gap-shooting across this rocky playground.

Also, huge shoutout to @eyeofvince who was a stranger we met randomly on our trip and ended up being a super cool part of our project with his sick dirt bike!

Here’s why you should snag/upgrade to the DJI Avata 2:

1. An integrated battery on the new DJI Goggles 3
2. 46GB of internal storage
3. Tight Shots in Super-Wide 4K
