Allen Creative Co. is now NOTD & CO. Same vision, new signature. When I started this business, I wanted to help brands see the value in what they do and create content that helps other people see it, too. That’s still the heart of it. From behind-the-scenes video to brand storytelling, social media content and creative direction, the work continues under a new name. For business owners in Hamilton, Burlington and across Ontario, I’m here to capture the people, process and details that make your brand yours. Thank you for being part of Allen Creative Co. Before you book another content shoot, ask yourself: does your page reflect the business you’re running today? Your brand has grown. Your content should show it. At Allen Creative Co., we look at what needs attention—a clearer message, fresh footage, or a stronger edit—so your next move has a purpose. Swipe through for the signs it’s time for a refresh. DM “REELS” and let’s talk about what your brand needs next. ↗ #BrandContent #ContentStrategy #BTSContent #BrandVideography #OntarioSmallBusiness by @notdandco
POV: you hired a creative team that gets the vision. 🎬 Behind the scenes of a brand photoshoot where every detail had a reason — the concept, the styling, the shots, the little in-between moments. Because good content looks good. Great content feels like your brand. That’s the difference. — Allen Creative Co. still not over these looks! amazing show. @josephtassoni @redken A special thank you to @charlene.arianna.photography for the invite—such an incredible fashion show experience. #torontofashionweek #josephtassoni #highfashionphotoshoot #behindthecameras by @notdandco
Your personal brand starts with being seen. Not when you have the perfect website. Not when you have the perfect photos. Not when you finally feel “ready.” Now. Because visibility creates familiarity. Familiarity creates trust. And trust creates opportunities. The people you want to work with need to know who you are, what you do, what you stand for and why they should choose YOU. So show your face. Share your expertise. Talk about your business. Let people see the woman behind the brand. You don’t need to be everywhere. You just need to stop being invisible. More visibility. More connection. More opportunity. I loved working with Melissa, one of Alli’s clients, to bring this concept to life. Alli is a visibility coach who helps women step into the spotlight, show up with confidence and become more visible in their businesses. And Melissa? She’s doing exactly that. This is what happens when visibility coaching and intentional personal branding come together. @alliarruda @215designco personal branding Burlington, personal branding Oakville, branding photographer Burlington, branding photographer Oakville, women entrepreneurs Burlington, women entrepreneurs Oakville, business visibility, personal branding strategy, showing up online, social media visibility by @notdandco
A little holiday magic behind the scenes. 🎄✨ We had some fun capturing what’s coming for the cozy season with @mahoganycanada Holiday PJs loading… 🎁 Cover Photo: @charlene.arianna.photography BTS: @allencreativeco Hair & Makeup: @melissamakeupartistry In frame: @oliviagudaniec Studio: @mintroomstudios #BehindTheScenes #HolidayCampaign #BrandContentCreation #CreativeDirection #ContentProduction by @notdandco
POV: You’re the photographer trying to keep up with a fashion show. What you see on the runway is the final product. What you DON’T see is the absolute chaos happening behind the scenes to make it happen. Models running. Last-minute changes. Hair + makeup. Designers. Fittings. Quick outfit changes. Lights. People everywhere. And me trying to somehow capture ALL of it. I got to photograph the behind-the-scenes madness of the Joseph Tassoni 2026 Fashion Show and honestly… this is my favourite part. Getting to see what happens before the lights come on and capturing all those little moments no one else gets to see. Joseph, thank you for trusting me to capture it all and for giving me this opportunity. And Shantel… THANK YOU for helping me capture the chaos because there is no way I could have done this alone. @allencreativeco @shantelsallen Mastermind: @josephtassoni Venue: @arcadiaearth Hair & Makeup: @redken @cindyduplantis @nicolemaretacox Joseph Tassoni fashion show, Joseph Tassoni 2026, fashion show photographer, behind the scenes fashion show, fashion photography, backstage fashion photography, Toronto fashion photographer, fashion photographer Canada, behind the scenes photography, fashion show behind the scenes by @notdandco
