Sometimes the best rides are the ones that mean absolutely nothing.

No chasing watts.
No average speed.
No segments.
No training plan.

Just getting on the bike and riding.

Some days I ride to train.
Some days I ride to get fitter.
And some days I ride because I just need to get it all out.

Clear the head. Let the legs turn. Watch the city wake up.

notes from zone 2:

some people train for podiums.

some people train for personal bests.

i train for the coffee stop.

the ride is great.
the fitness is a bonus.

but nothing tastes quite as good as a cortado you’ve “earned.”

It’s been a while.

Life got busy. The miles didn’t stop — I just stopped sharing them.

Back on the bike. Back on social. Back to documenting the rides, the thoughts, the coffee stops and everything in between.

i bought a bike and everything changed and somewhere along the way, those rides became the time I needed for myself. to clear my head, work through a difficult day, and come home feeling a little lighter.

there’s always that moment before posting.
“do people really want to see another bike ride?”

then someone tells you they’ve started riding because of it.

i bought a bike and everything changed.

notes from zone 2:
some mornings i get on the bike with a lot in my head. work, family, things i’m trying to figure out.

the ride gives me somewhere to put that energy. i move, i breathe, and somewhere along the way i start to feel a little more settled.

i still come home to the same things, but i’m less wound up. more patient. better able to deal with what’s in front of me.

that’s what cycling has given me. an outlet i didn’t realise i needed. 🚴🏽‍♂️

i bought a bike and everything changed.

What started as just riding has slowly become a community, a routine and something I genuinely look forward to every week.

Now I’m training with @29inch_academy , part of the team here in the UAE, learning, improving and getting pushed by some seriously strong riders.

Grateful for the journey so far. Alhamdulillah.

Tell a cyclist “don’t” and somehow it sounds exactly like “you definitely should.” 😂

Don’t ride that far.
Don’t buy another bike.
Don’t wake up at 4:30am.
Don’t chase that climb.
Don’t spend that much on carbon.

I bought a bike and everything changed.

LAST WEEK I WENT VIRAL!

1,000,000+ views later, I’ve been thinking a lot about why I started this page in the first place.

1. It brings together two things I love.

Being active, riding my bike and storytelling.

Cycling gives me the experience.
The roads, the sunrise, Dubai, the suffering, the random moments.

This page gives me the space to turn all of that into stories.

2. I love the process of creating the reels.

I’m constantly looking at what’s trending and thinking:

How can I relate this to cycling?
What’s my POV?
How can I take an audio, a moment or an idea and make it feel like me?

And somehow… it all comes together!

3. I thought about starting this page for ages.

I kept wondering whether anyone would care.

Whether anyone would watch.

Whether there was even an audience for the kind of content I wanted to make.

Then one day I just thought:

Why not? My audience will find me.

Last week I went viral.

1,000,000 views later… I think they found me.

And we’re only getting started.

Suddenly 4am alarms make sense.
You own clothes you once would’ve laughed at.
Coffee stops become part of the training plan.
You start discussing tyres, watts and wind direction like they’re matters of national importance.

And then, somehow, you realise…

You’re going to eat that sh*t for your entire f’n life 😂
