Corporate marketer—not a recruiter
POSTS STORIES REELS
If I were a finance student in the UAE, these are the internships I’d apply to tonight Applications are currently open or actively listed across • Investment Banking • Corporate Banking • Wealth & Asset Management • Financial Restructuring • Sales & Trading • Treasury and Credit • Finance Analytics • Accounting and Corporate Finance Some accept students without previous UAE experience, while others require specific graduation dates or prior finance exposure. Comment FINANCE and I’ll send you the spreadsheet with eligibility, deadlines, paid-status information and verification links. Save this and share it with a finance student who needs to see it. #dubaijobseekers #uaejobs #dubaistudents #dubaibloggers #dubaihiring by @notesbyrupalik
Looking for an internship in the UAE but every programme you find seems to be only for UAE Nationals? I checked the latest opportunities directly on official company career pages and shortlisted internships that are not restricted to Emiratis. They cover: ✅ Technology and IT ✅ Banking and finance ✅ Audit and advisory ✅ Operations and logistics ✅ Hospitality Comment INTERN and I’ll send you the verified list. Save this because some of these applications may close without much notice. #uaestudent #dubaijobseekers #uaejobs #dubaistudents #dubaibloggers by @notesbyrupalik
Not every recruiter handles every vacancy. A recruiter hiring software engineers may have nothing to do with marketing roles even if they work for the same company. Here’s how to find the right person: 1. Check the vacancy first Look for “Meet the hiring team” or the person who posted the job. If someone is listed, start there. 2. Search by company and function Use LinkedIn’s search bar and try: • “[Company]” AND “Talent Acquisition” • “[Company]” AND “Recruiter” AND “[your function]” • “[Company]” AND “[Job Title]” AND “Hiring” • “[Company]” AND “HR Business Partner” AND “[location]” Then select People and filter by current company and location. 3. Check what they actually recruit for Read their headline, About section, activity and recent posts. Look for someone who recruits within your industry, department or region. For example: • Technology Recruiter • Commercial Recruiter • Early Careers Recruiter • Executive Recruitment Partner • Talent Acquisition Partner — Middle East 4. Find the likely hiring manager Search for the person who leads the department containing the vacancy. For a Marketing Manager role, this could be the Head or Director of Marketing. For an Accountant role, it may be the Finance Manager or Financial Controller. 5. Prioritise contacts in this order 1. Recruiter or hiring team shown on the vacancy 2. Recruiter specialising in your function and location 3. Likely hiring manager 4. Employee working within the relevant team 6. Verify before messaging Ask yourself: • Do they work for the correct company and location? • Do they recruit for my function or seniority? • Have they posted similar vacancies recently? • Is my message relevant to their responsibilities? Contact one or two relevant people with a personalised message. Messaging every recruiter at the company can work against you. Once you find the right person, don’t open with “Please check my CV.” Comment CONNECT and I’ll send you the exact recruiter and employee message templates. #dubaiopportunities #dubaicoach #hiringtips #linkedintips #dubaibloggers by @notesbyrupalik
Most students search LinkedIn for part-time jobs but never check the place they already visit every day: their university portal. 👀 Several UAE universities run paid on-campus employment or work-study programmes where enrolled students may work as: • Student ambassadors • Content creators • Library assistants • Research assistants • Event-support staff • Department assistants Some opportunities pay hourly, while others are shared only through student emails or internal career portals so you may never find them on public job websites. Availability and eligibility vary by university, course load and academic standing. Comment CAMPUS and I’ll send you the university list, official pages, eligibility details and where students need to check or apply. Save this and send it to a student studying in the UAE. 🎓 #dubaistudents #dubaijobseekers #uaejobs #dubaihiring #dubaiblogger by @notesbyrupalik
Everyone wants to work in Dubai. Very few people know where to find the opportunities. I’ve spent hours researching vacancies from employers that are actively hiring in the UAE, including opportunities where employers mention benefits such as housing, flights, relocation assistance, or visa support in their postings. Comment RELOCATE and I’ll send you the complete list with application links and requirements. #dubaijob #uaejobs #movetodubai #dubaiopportunities #dubaicareers Save this post so you can come back to it later. by @notesbyrupalik

Most Dubai internships expect you to already be living in the UAE. This one is different. A major global company has opened a six-month internship in Dubai and eligible students studying overseas can also apply. It is designed for: • Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s students • People who graduated less than one year ago • Candidates who can relocate to Dubai for six months This is a paid, full-time programme with relocation support but there are some strict eligibility requirements that applicants could easily overlook. The programme starts in January 2027, and applications close on 28 September 2026. Comment FLY and I’ll send you: ✈️ The company and programme name 💰 Complete salary and benefits package ✅ Full eligibility checklist 💼 Available career areas 🔗 Official application link Save this now the application window is very short. #dubaistudents #uaejobs #dubaijob #internshipopportunity #movetodubai by @notesbyrupalik
If you’re only searching inside LinkedIn’s Jobs section, you may be missing another pool of opportunities. Recruiters, founders and hiring managers often publish posts saying: 🔎 “We’re hiring” 🔎 “Looking for someone to join our team” 🔎 “Immediate joiner required” 🔎 “Please send your CV directly” 🔎 “Referrals appreciated” These opportunities may be: • Newly opened roles • Urgent requirements • Temporary or maternity-cover positions • Jobs being circulated through referrals • Vacancies that haven’t reached the company careers page yet Instead of searching only under Jobs, use LinkedIn’s main search bar and search relevant hiring phrases with your: ✅ Job title ✅ Industry ✅ Location ✅ Experience level Then switch the results to Posts and prioritize recent posts. But don’t apply blindly. Always verify the recruiter, check the company’s official page or careers website, and never pay anyone for an interview or job offer. I’ve prepared: 📌 Copy-and-paste LinkedIn search strings 📌 Searches for UAE and Dubai opportunities 📌 A message you can send to the person who posted 📌 A simple method to verify the vacancy Comment HIDDEN and I’ll send you the complete search kit. Save this post , you’ll want to repeat these searches every week. #dubaijobseekers #linkedintips #jobsearchtips #dubaicareer #uaehiring by @notesbyrupalik

No connections in the UAE? Start by creating them strategically. Here’s what I would do for the next 30 days: 1. Choose only 2–3 job titles that genuinely match my experience. Applying for everything makes your profile look unfocused. 2. Create a UAE-friendly CV for each job type, using keywords from the job description and measurable achievements. 3. Make a list of 30 target companies and check their official career pages every morning. 4. Prioritise vacancies posted within the last 24–72 hours. Early applications are more likely to be reviewed before the role becomes crowded. 5. Search LinkedIn posts using phrases such as “We’re hiring Dubai,” “Hiring UAE” and your target job title. 6. Find the recruiter or hiring manager and send a short, personalised message—not simply “Please check my CV.” 7. Connect with employees at your target companies. Ask about their experience or hiring process before requesting a referral. 8. Use relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, company career pages, Bayt, GulfTalent and specialist job boards for your industry. 9. Create proof of your skills. This could be a campaign plan, portfolio, case study, dashboard or sample project related to your field. 10. Track every application and follow up professionally after 5–7 business days. You may not control how quickly a company responds, but you can control the quality, timing and strategy behind every application. Want to build connections with recruiters and employees at your target companies but don’t know what to say? Comment CONNECT and I’ll send you the exact templates. #dubaiopportunities #dubaicoach #hiringtips #dubaitips #dubaibloggers I’m not a recruiter. I share career guidance and verified UAE opportunities to help job seekers search more strategically by @notesbyrupalik
Applying for jobs in Dubai but not getting interviews? You may be making these mistakes: 1. Applying without a clear target Choose a specific role, industry and appropriate seniority. Applying across unrelated functions can make your profile look unfocused. 2. Choosing jobs by title not scope Titles vary between companies. Check the responsibilities, reporting line, team size and mandatory requirements before deciding whether the role fits you. 3. Using one generic CV everywhere Tailor your summary, skills and achievements to each position. Your CV and LinkedIn should also communicate the same professional direction. 4. Listing duties instead of impact Don’t only explain what you managed. Show results using revenue, growth, savings, leads, team size or markets covered. 5. Failing to show UAE relevance If you don’t have UAE experience, highlight transferable strengths such as international exposure, multicultural teams, regional clients and adaptability. 6. Depending only on job portals Use company career pages, specialist recruiters, professional contacts and thoughtful LinkedIn outreach alongside online applications. 7. Repeating what isn’t working No calls? Review your targeting and CV. No interviews? Review your positioning. No offers? Review your interview performance. Applying more isn’t always the answer. Identify where your job-search process is failing and fix that stage. Save this before submitting your next Dubai job application. #dubaiopportunities #dubaijobsearch #dubainews #gulfjobs #dubaibloggers by @notesbyrupalik
Most candidates filter out temporary jobs without realising they could be the easiest way to gain the UAE experience employers keep asking for. Several companies are currently hiring for temporary, fixed-term and maternity-cover positions. Some contracts run for three months, while others last up to one year and they are not limited to junior roles. A temporary position can help you gain: • UAE work experience • A local professional reference • Experience with regional systems and clients • Industry connections • A stronger CV for your next permanent role But check the terms carefully before applying. Some short-term vacancies require applicants to already have a spouse, family or self-sponsored UAE residence visa. Benefits, medical insurance and the possibility of becoming permanent also vary by employer. I have prepared a verified list with the company, role, location, contract duration, eligibility notes and direct application links. Comment TEMP and I’ll send you the complete list. Save this post and share it with someone struggling to secure their first UAE opportunity. #dubaijob #dubaijobseekers #uaecareers #dubailife🇦🇪 #dubaibloggers by @notesbyrupalik
