I tried to drink my hot chocolate... but it turned into a cookie 🙂‍↕️

These hot chocolate cookies are the perfect amount of decadence and chewiness that pair perfectly with a large cup of hot cocoa

Ingredients 👩🏻‍🍳
• 170 g unsalted butter, softened
• 150 g granulated white sugar
• 15 g molasses
• 50 g granulated white sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 155 g all-purpose flour
• 35 g Dutch-process cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda marshmallows

POV you just met the tart of your dreams

i used a premade frozen flaky tart shell for simplicity and filled it up with a homemade custard and fresh mangos (which I argue is the best summer fruit)
