With hand made details around every corner created with love by the bride herself (including the most adorable table numbers I've ever seen) Nina and Johnmichael's wedding day was full of intention, joy, excellent music and the perfect splash of witty humor. Can you include your rehearsal dinner invitation in your wedding invitation suite? Yes.... Sometimes.

Often (but certainly not always) the wedding is hosted by the bride's family. While the rehearsal dinner if often hosted by the groom's family. If you'd like to slip a rehearsal card into the invitations for the selected guests invited to this event, just be sure to seek approval from the official hosts. If the groom's mother would like to curate her own special invite, please don't steal her joy! And always acknowledge the hosts on the card if they are different than the hosts listed on the main invitation.

it is super convenient to include this in the wedding invitation suite, especially if you're doing online RSVP. This allows the guests to reply for all events at one time.

One more tip: Take the invitation to the post office to be weighed with - and without - the rehearsal dinner invitation. They may require different stamps.

I find my clients have mixed feelings on table numbers. Some want them to be large and super visible from a distance (this usually stems from a bad experience at a past wedding). While others want them to blend nicely and not overtake the florals and table design.

I don't believe table numbers should be the largest or most decorative thing on your table. This is one item where less is more IMO. A simple card printed in the tones to coordinate with linens and flowers is usually enough.
