Ireland won 3-0 in a near-empty stadium - but the real story is how Irish fans, players and campaigns refused to let normalcy shield a genocidal regime. From black armbands to skipped handshakes to Bazunu's withdrawal: this was resistance on and off the pitch.

Boycotting cowardly artists has never been easier. The billionaires didn’t see this rebellion coming, but they should have. It is finally undeniable that the majority of people do not support genocide. Thank you to artists like @macklemore who aren’t afraid to speak out, and never back down, and continue to centre Palestinians in every quote about this debacle. Ed ‘eternal victim’ Sheeran has a lot to learn it seems.

“I am not a victim. Ed Sheeran is not a victim. Pink is not a victim […] The victims are the Palestinian people. […] More than 20,000 children have been killed in Gaza alone. People are being killed today, and people will be killed tomorrow. I want to make sure that as I tell this story, we don’t lose sight of that.”

Their ‘apology’? Buried in an Instagram story on a regional account.

@adidas You donated $1M+ to a pro-Israel group to ‘apologise’ last time. Will you donate equally to Palestinian charities supporting amputee rehabilitation in Gaza?

Corporate accountability happens when people in different positions all push at once.
A worker inside a company sees things outsiders cannot. A customer controls revenue. When they move together, companies have to respond.
This is the power of coordinated pressure. One group alone might get ignored. Multiple groups hitting different pressure points at the same time creates real consequences for complicity.
These wins happened because people in different positions used the power available to them. You have power too.
