Sunbase Brand Identity 🥰 Somehow i managed to finish this in last second, i had so much fun working on it and seeing how the brand develop with each step For packaging i went with really clean look, with lot of spacing to convey that ultra light feeling. This fear made me a better designer As a self taught designer, i had no clue how to use colors in my work, i had no clue how to combine them, how to use them so i just avoided using them. Everything i created was black and white. At that time i thought that it is my weakness as designer, but today i know it made me a better designer. Thing is, when design work in black and white, it will look good in any color. It became my foundation, to design everything in black and white first, because when you can't hide behind colors, you need to nail balance, contrast, hierarchy. 5 reasons why AI logo is losing you customers 1. Functionality: Whatever you designed, without a proper strategy ans thought behind it, it is just a pretty decoration. Designer on a side quest | EP 01 Start of my new series where i will share what i am doing my life aside from logo and brand projects. I think it will be very fun series where we can do some creative hobbies and also you guys can see more of my personality. For first episode i decided to use shorter version of my yt video where i made T-Shirt for my studio using logo carved on linoblock. I also painted back side of the shirt with a cool artwork that i sketched so that will be next episode. This is one of my favourite projects, eveeything went so smooth, we created amazing brand and founder Nestle was a lovely women. She reached out to me to help her create visual identity. Previous designer created a brand that did not reflect the quality of products and she felt that it didn't feel like her brand. At start she had doubts considering previous experience but we went through discovery session, she helped me understand her brand and after we built strategy, she felt more confident. We presented 3 different moodboards based on strategy and this one was a clear hit. Her close friends were matching our audience personas so everything we designed, we presented to them as well and gathered feedback. We build confident brand rooted in passion and creativity, inspiring people and enriching their homes.
