Split EPs are sexy, which is why W133 proudly presents W133D005 by Noti x Brandon Braun.
Noti kicks off the EP with „Dream“, a tension-building, simple groover that pulls you into hypnotic states.
If you find yourself lost too deep, don’t panic, as his second track, „Future,“ will gently rouse you back.
It’s a lo-fi roller with unique percussion work and just the right blend of weird grooves and sounds.
On the virtual B-Side, we find three originals by Brandon Braun.
„Destined to Meet“ is a techno/house hybrid destined to become a summer hit. Uplifting synths and passionate vocoder vocals bring a smile to everyone’s face. Following that, he presents two dubby techno tracks: „Zero G“ and, last but not least, „Memories“. Both tracks are more dramatic and melancholic yet maintain a light and playful essence, serving as perfect closers for the EP.

The release is out today, April 26th on all digital stores and streaming platforms.

The fourth instalment of Etched comes in the form of Noti.

A producer that delves far and wide into the leftfield corners of electronic dance music, Noti is not shy about experimenting with a palette of colourful sounds and structures that work seamlessly, whilst also nodding to the old school aspects of dance music.

‘Numbers’ is a self-explanatory, high-energy bop unlike anything you’ve heard before. Packed with ear candy, bouncy drums and hypnotic vocals, this one is a surefire way to get heads turning in the rave.

‘Bring The Bass Back’ is a track that feels reminiscent to early 90’s underground dance music - glittered in catchy samples and squelchy synths that will never leave you bored.

A percussive reverie awaits at Stereo. Divergence links up with Berlin’s W133, an upcoming label releasing rhythm-driven contemporary electronic music and connecting artists around the globe. No borders in tempo or style.

.ೃ࿔ Expect a night that moves from stripped 4/4 minimal and tight techno into bass abstractions and global rhythmic detours, with plenty of curveballs on the way.

.ೃ࿔ @wlflwr___ b2b @pinolinoo bring their Tresor-tested pairing back to the booth, cutting between rare 4/4 minimal techno and genre-slip pivots with sharp curatorial touch.

.ೃ࿔ @noti__iton b2b RIZLA OPS deliver a run of bass mutations and off-kilter club. RIZLA OPS stays club-driven and constantly shifting, grounded in percussion, groove, and texture. Noti brings his silver style and back-breaking beats, folding grime, electro, 4/4 and explicit content into an oozing mess out of the finest of soirees.

Rubbing shoulders with giants on this release - my track “Mood 4 Kaos” has just been announced on Tiblisi based label @mindcontrolledrectifier 😎

Today I’m releasing a mix that I recorded for my latest project - “Plastic Future” - a sonic exploration of our shared, contrary, life experience through representing and showcasing the uneasy, joyous dichotomies of our plastic era. We exist during humanity’s most successful epoch, yet live in constant fear of catastrophe. The world is shimmering plastic and we revel in its glory.

The mix is to be taken as the sonic palette for the project. It moves from the sci-fi optimism of 90s electro through to the sickly clinical perfection of contemporary Ostgut Ton techno, with many more moods and influences representing and contrasting both our plastic reality and the dreams that built it.
