It’s #Wrestlemania weekend and I should be lacing up for a big match, but the powers that be kept me in sunny California ☀️ TAMPA is the worst place I have ever been, especially with this windy ass thunderstorm ⛈ you betcha I’m thankful to be home this weekend sippin Whiteclaws on a hot beach 🏖 Guess I’ll wait for next year’s #maniaweekend to smash some light tubes on @jonmoxley’s head.

It’s been a please to play bass for @goldshimmerofficial This last year. The vision, the fun, the boogie, the groovy funk of it all, and general good vibes. It’s all encapsulated within “Woman On Fire” 🔥 the song is out now and the music video is coming soon !! Enjoy the tune 🤘🏼🔥🕺

☠️let’s dance 👻
I’ve been cooped up too long. 🎧 I need to find myself a silent disco on the beach and boogie down 💃🏽

Hi 👋🏼 it me. I’m alive. Just feeling lots of heavy things lately. Been getting better at bass. Working hard with @jj.braves and @goldshimmerofficial on the new music they have coming out. Reading books and trying to add exercise into my routine.
Be kind to yourself, we can only do so much at a time. And please please please remember to rest and slow down if you haven’t lately. 🙏🏼 taken in Los Angeles, California by @notlancebass
