I set out to become a DJ in 40 days… and I did it! 🎧✨

I’ve met some incredible people along the way, and I’m so grateful for every part of this journey. I’ve been on a little social media cleanse since the comp, but I’m back🤓 And there are some exciting projects coming soon 👀

In the meantime, stay tuned! 🤍 by @notnat.csv

DO YOU SEE THE VISION????

If you haven’t watched the movie Obsession, go and watch it now plsss!! Toward the end of my set, I’ll do a switch to harder songs😮‍💨 I got this vision in my head which took me a few days to execute because I want it to be perfect but at the end I decided to keep it super simple so that I can move on and actually practice my set😬

Less than 7 days left until the big show!! Time to finalise the ticket!!

A compilation of our class’s music💗

We had the opportunity to perform in front of our @yourshotau classmates in our final class in week 5. I just can’t believe how fast the 5 weeks flew by and how much we learned in such a short amount of time. It’s truly been a blessing to be surrounded by so many talented people and so much passion for music. I must say OUR CLASS IS THE BEST😎

Huge thanks to our amazing coaches @_bmce_dj and @bowers.ltd for your dedication and support!! We’re so so so grateful to have you guys on our DJ journey 💗

Countdown to performance day begins!!

I have been LOCKING IN doing everything but film my progress🫠 adding songs, deleting songs, freaking out, breaking down, matching beats, setting cues YOU NAME IT!

One of the biggest things that I learned during this period is that sacrificing good songs is necessary! There’ll always be other occasions where I can play those songs and my Your Shot set is not one of those. It’s hard but I had to let go of some songs that I really want to play because they just don’t match the set vibe🥲

But the whole setlist looks much better now and I will definitely post some samples in the next few days😬 by @notnat.csv
