The ultimate joy: decorating cakes with flowers! 🌸

——————————————————
Though relying solely on that passion to guide me through the cake-making process was daunting at first, I persevered. I promised myself that I’d commit to posting once a week to assist both myself and others on their baking journey, and here I am, staying true to that pledge all year long! 😅

It’s a bittersweet feeling knowing how long it took to hone my foundational skills, yet realizing the importance of prioritizing them over advanced decorating techniques. Nevertheless, I’m here to support and uplift fellow bakers in their quest for improvement! 🌟

That’s smooth buttercream! ⚪️🤍

I wasted so much time trying to find a buttercream recipe using Instagram and YouTube 😒 Pissed to pissedtivity

It was months before I found a way to make the perfect buttercream. When I finally found it I tailored it to my liking and stuck with it all these years now.

No more time wasted experimenting!

Picture this: you take a chilled cake from the fridge into a warmer, more humid room, and suddenly, your cake is adorned with unwelcome droplets – condensation💧or cake sweat!

The Moist Dilemma — Condensation, often referred to as cake sweat, occurs when warm air meets a cold surface. In the world of cakes, it manifests as droplets of moisture forming due to the temperature difference between the cake and the surrounding air humidity. If you’ve ever noticed water droplets on your window pane during winter with the heater on or in summer with the air conditioning running, you’ve witnessed condensation in action.

Condensation is a natural occurrence and is unavoidable most times. A practical way to cope with this challenge is to simply use a paper to soak up water on your cold cake.
