I’ve suffered from mental health issues for as long as I can remember. Some days are better than others. Today was a kind of meh day for me. I don’t pick and choose when those days are. I just wake up like that and my brain decides that it wants to be a sooky dog. I had a look through some more photos from tour and realised it ain’t all that bad. I appreciate my friends and being able to travel for “work.” See you all soon, fuckheads. by @notoriouspiffin

Road trippin with Lexi. We ate, we drove, we talked about girl stuff, braided our hair, stayed in a haunted church and both had sleep paralysis. It’s the little things. by @notoriouspiffin

I am currently away from my desk on holiday. If you need to contact me, don’t. I’m not actually on holiday but damn, the NT is pretty sick. 1 week down. 7 to go. by @notoriouspiffin

The past year has been a bit of a time. My mental health has suffered a lot and still does day to day. I am trying to get better but some days are harder than others. Today was especially hard for some reason. I miss certain people and things that where in my life and knowing I will never see them again or get to say goodbye eats me inside daily. I spent the past week in Bali treating myself to some TLC which I thought would help but I almost feel has made this internal battle worse. I dunno man. Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shit. Please swipe for some photos of my Bali trip and please know I am okay, I just think we should talk about how we are feeling more even when we really don’t want to or know how to. by @notoriouspiffin

We also got a couple of shows coming up and would be great to see some mates. Nerve Damage is a gang!!! by @notoriouspiffin
