thumbprint turn four this Saturday and where else would they be but back in the pub, running the gaff like they’re the landlords. Birthday bash bonanza in full swing and we’re giving them the jolly up they deserve down at The Greyhound.

Tell me another boozer that’ll sort you from dusk till dawn with lineups like this? Anyway, don’t be so nosey and don’t ask us how we pull it off, we’ve no clue either, just support the cause :)

Anyway… back to the subject, the people that make it all happen. thumbprint kicked things off back in 2021 with nothing more than a bit of spare change, some favours from mates and a stubborn desire to book lineups only your chin can stroke to. What started as a few homegrown sweaty nights turned to morphing and moulding itself into a proper community.

They’ve taken punts on various sounds, packing the booth with your underground heroes like Cousin, OK Williams, DJ Plead, Anthony Naples and Adam Pits, and carved out a reputation for unpredictable, risk taking lineups that always end up questioning your existence to your normal 9-5 circadian lifestyles.

Now they’re four years deep, they’re marking it the only way they know how, with a full-blown birthday wallop in The Greyhound basement, presented by them, hosted by us in full bloom, all slapped together with a line-up to match the occasion. Lukas Wigflex, Parris, Jay Duncan and the thumbprint residents at the helm.

Forget God, This Saturday thumbprint have got the whole of South London in their hands. Dermatoglyphics traced all over the gaff. Who else could pull something this big off in a pub?
