Meet some of the creatives who have been a part of the Black Creative Trailblazers Showcase ✨ Black Creative Trailblazers Showcase returns to Aviva Studios this October! We caught up with creatives from last year’s showcase to hear more about what they’ve been up to since last year’s event and get the lowdown on what to expect from the showcase. Each of the creatives were involved in the Echoes of Africa celebration earlier this year, showcasing their own fashion brands and modelling for the runway. Five years ago I started Not Your Trend with no blueprint 🥀 just a need to create space, tell stories, and trust my vision. What began as a fashion brand has grown into platform filled with shoots, pop-ups, collaborations, and opportunities to speak, mentor, and support other creatives finding their voice. This journey has been built through setbacks, quiet wins, and showing up even when it was hard. This isn’t a relaunch. It’s a reminder. Five years in. Still building.
