A piece of my story…
I lived with severe symptoms for years before anyone took me seriously. I doubted myself constantly. I felt broken. I felt dramatic. I wondered if I was “tough enough.”

Then came my diagnosis — stage 3 endometriosis.
24 years of horrible periods and finally I had reason.
Relief… fear… anger… grief… all at once.
And if you’re in that place right now, I know exactly how overwhelming it is.

Endo changes everything! Your plans, your energy, your identity, your relationships, your hope.
But you deserve support that helps you hold all of that.

That’s why I created my support sessions; so no woman has to go through this feeling confused, dismissed, or alone like I once did.

Life with endo can knock you off your feet, and honestly… that’s where I’ve been. Healing. Resting. Trying to figure out my own body and emotions, just like you.

I built the thing I wished I had.

Nourished Girls Club is a summer (June, July, August) monthly wellness circle for girls in grades 3–7 designed to help them feel supported, empowered, and more connected to themselves through guided discussion, mindfulness, confidence-building activities, and meaningful community.

This is more than an activity. It’s a space to grow from the inside out.

A space we wish every girl had growing up 💛

She & Me is the kickoff event for The Nourished Girls Club, a Sarasota-based wellness community for girls in grades 3–7 focused on:
• body confidence
• emotional wellbeing
• puberty education
• nourishing habits

This first event is a shared experience for moms and daughters to connect, learn, and get a feel for what the ongoing club will offer.

After this, the club continues with twice-monthly Wednesday meetups + a monthly Saturday gathering.

✨ $85 per mother + daughter pair
