NOVA ON THE ROAD 🇩🇪 A few days on the road in Germany — Leipzig, Berlin, Dortmund, Wuppertal and Essen. For me, this is still one of the most important parts of artist management: meeting people properly, having real conversations, hearing what is happening in their houses and orchestras and talking about artists in a way that goes beyond another email. NOVA is still a young company and trips like these are a good reminder, that things are built one conversation at a time — sometimes by reconnecting with people you already know, sometimes by opening a completely new door. A very full notebook, several good conversations and a lot of good perspectives to follow up on. A new season is underway — and so are we. 🙏🎶 NOVA artists management Elevating and connecting artists in opera and classical music. by @novaartistsmanagement
We are very happy to welcome Gregor Amadeus Mayrhofer to NOVA artists management. Gregor is a conductor and composer with a strong artistic identity, great curiosity and an unusually broad creative profile. His work moves naturally between conducting, composition and new artistic formats — always with a clear sense of purpose and imagination. For us, a collaboration is about more than engagements and career planning. It is about trust, ideas, development and enjoying the process of creating something together. And from our first conversations with Gregor, that felt very natural. We are truly looking forward to working together, opening new doors and seeing where this journey will take us. Warm welcome to NOVA, dear Gregor! #NOVAartistsmanagement #GregorMayrhofer #Conductor #Composer #ClassicalMusic by @novaartistsmanagement
WELCOME TO NOVA, ÆTLA. We are very happy to announce a new partnership between NOVA and ÆTLA Vocal Ensemble – eight classically trained singers united in an artistic collective driven by curiosity, play and the desire to explore what vocal music can be. ÆTLA moves freely between classical singing, performance, theatre, movement and new artistic formats. There is no predefined recipe – but there is ambition, curiosity and something at stake. At NOVA, we have followed ÆTLA's journey for some time and we are genuinely excited about what lies ahead. Together, we will work on representation, strategy, new collaborations and opportunities – in Denmark and internationally – while continuing to develop the distinctive artistic identity that is already very much ÆTLA. This is more than representation. It is a partnership. The journey begins here. The rest, we create together. Welcome to NOVA, ÆTLA. 🤍 #novaartistsmanagement #vocalensemble Photocredit: Saba Oehlenschlæger by @novaartistsmanagement

Norwegian conductor Nils Erik Måseidvåg joins NOVA artists management. 🙏🎶 We are delighted to welcome Nils Erik to NOVA and look forward to a close and inspiring collaboration. Already recognised across the Scandinavian orchestral landscape, Nils Erik has worked with leading ensembles including the Oslo Philharmonic, Bergen Philharmonic, Stavanger Symphony Orchestra and Trondheim Symphony Orchestra. Based in Copenhagen, he is equally active in Denmark, with engagements with Odense Symphony Orchestra, Aarhus Symphony Orchestra and the Danish National Symphony Orchestra. Currently serving as assistant conductor with Musikkollegium Winterthur, he enjoys an active international career with engagements in Switzerland, Portugal and Iceland. His artistic profile is shaped by strong musical clarity, precision and a natural authority on the podium – developed through close collaborations with conductors such as Roberto González-Monjas, Paavo Järvi and Johannes Schläfli, among others. A prize winner of the Princess Astrid International Music Competition and recipient of the orchestra award at the Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie Konstanz, Nils Erik represents a new generation of Scandinavian conductors with both depth and direction. Please join us in welcoming Nils Erik to NOVA – and feel free to reach out for further information. by @novaartistsmanagement
