To suffer and still create
that is the art of strength.
🥇 Won my first bodybuilding show heavyweight division open bodybuilding Far east competition

I have completed all stages in life skinny no muscle, fat chunky, and now lean muscular. What a life I chose to pursue. What a journey it was to lose all the fat and gain as much muscle in the process as well. It was tough but not tough enough. But it was most certainly fun when I got the hang of it a test to myself to see how much I could achieve on my own. The best part is now I can say I am a bodybuilder and I can go back to the best part. Lifting and eating more. #bodybuilder #bodybuilding #physique #fitness #posing #gymshark by @noved01

I appreciate everyone that cheered me on for the show and everyone who on my journey helped push me forward. Bravo personal alpha as well. Especially to the two that came to cheer me on. Was kind of scary but when they came it felt a lot better. First shows down won heavyweight division but a lot of things to improve across the board. Was my first but not my last show for sure. #bodybuilding #gymmotivation #bodybuilder #bodybuildingmotivation by @noved01
