For ‘all work and no play’ there sure were a lot of smiles this morning…🤔 Whether you put in a badass or an epic effort, it was a solid way to start the day (almost as solid as our abs after that extra spice🔥😮‍💨)

See you next Wednesday back at Bethesda!

Happy Fat Bear Week to all who celebrate! 🐻 in honor of the occasion it was a race for survival of the fattest, where our fish were won, lost, and stolen — a real grizzly scene. If you hibernated this morning, you sure missed out! 🐟

And a happy birthday to salmon swiper @swein! We’re glad you’re here 🥳

Next up - October First Friday is this Friday! See you at 6:28am at Grant’s Tomb (122nd St @ Riverside Dr.)

These strong-shouldered boulder rollers took on a Sisyphean task this morning, but the harder the climb, the better the view! (Thanks to our pals at @novemberprojectmsp for the inspo 🪨)

Plus, a happy 10th NPversary to @jamaar618 and congrats on your race place @nujariwala! 🎉

See you bright and early next Wednesday at the Bandshell!
