Here’s exactly what we do.

Yes, we’re a multicultural marketing agency. What makes our approach different is that we look at every project through a grassroots strategy lens. We connect businesses doing good work with the Latino community.

Eight years in, and we’re just getting started.

Novle began with one person and a big vision helping companies connect with multicultural communities in a real way. Now we’re a team of 15+ passionate people doing things differently building real connections.

We are @tellyawards winners! 🥈

Our @oneazcu – Contigo – Copa América commercial won Silver in the General – Bank category at the 46th Annual Telly Awards.

This spot aired locally during Copa América and celebrated OneAZ Credit Union’s connection to our community.

With over 13,000 entries this year, only a small number were selected... and we were one of them 🎉. It feels good to have our work recognized at a national level for its creativity and impact, right alongside some of the best in the industry.

Thank you to @mycreativeinc for partnering with us to make this happen. And thank you to OneAZ Credit Union for your trust and your continued dedication to the community.

We’re proud to see work like this get the spotlight it deserves.

👉 Check out the official winner listing in our link in bio.

Some traditions remind us of what truly matters 💙

Our Día de los Muertos altar is one of them. Every year, it brings a little piece of home into our office. This tradition gives us time with our team to share memories and stories of those who will always be part of us.

At Novle, we’re proud to be a team made up of different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. Creating this altar together is a beautiful reminder that even when our traditions look different, we can still come together to share and connect.

How do you honor and remember loved ones? by @novleactivators

Last week, our Creative Director, Mareli, had the opportunity to speak with the next generation of creative leaders coming out of NAU at the Alumni Industry Panel for the School of Communication! 🎓

At Novle, we get to see Mareli’s creativity, and expertise in action everyday, so it’s pretty cool to see her sharing that knowledge with future creatives, too!

We’re proud to see you out there, Mareli! 👏 by @novleactivators

We had a very special visitor at the Novle office this week! 💛🫏

Meet Rufus, a therapy donkey from our partner @pawsitivefriendships!

Rufus has been practicing longer trips, and his visit to our office was his longest one yet, and all the way from Queen Creek! Of course, we were more than happy to help him practice.

And we learned a few things about Rufus! He’s a super gentle, four-legged friend who loves attention, snacks, and butt scratches. As you can see from the photos, we made sure he got plenty of all three!

Rufus has already worked with kids with special needs, and after spending some time with him, it’s easy to see why he’s so good at what he does.

A big thank you to Pawsitive Friendships for bringing Rufus by! Make sure to check out the great work they’re doing in our community.

We’re thinking Rufus might need a permanent spot in our Monday meetings! 🫏 by @novleactivators

👀 by @novleactivators
