Welcome to Cliffs House ⛰️

At Novo Homes, we name each residence after a symbol that reflects the spirit of the city we love—San Diego. So it’s only fitting that this home is called Cliffs.

The cliffs along San Diego’s coastline stand as symbols of strength, perspective, and resilience. They’ve weathered countless tides and changing seasons, remaining steady through it all. That’s our hope for everyone who calls Cliffs home: that you find the strength to keep moving forward, the perspective to see new possibilities, and a place where you can build a solid foundation for what comes next.

Welcome to The Sands House ⏳

At Novo Homes, we name each residence after a symbol that reflects the spirit of the city we love—San Diego. So it’s only fitting that our next home is called Sands.

Sand represents calm, grounding, and quiet renewal. It shifts and settles, soft yet steady, shaped by time and the rhythm of the ocean. That’s our hope for everyone who calls Sands home: that you find a sense of peace, stability, and a place to reset—no matter what you’ve been through.

This is more than a place to live, it’s a place to exhale.
