Purple belt🟪

End of a chapter and the start of a new. This ment so much to me. Yesterday i was promoted to purple belt byy coaches @midt_livs_krisa @xopher81 @muskelmannen.einemo and im so grateful. Grateful for all the years, all the hard rounds, all the motivating words and all help. ❤️❤️❤️

@novusmma has been my 2nd home for 9 years now and i could not ask for a better gym, environment, and people. Thank you for all the hard rounds and every session❤️

Oslo Open 2026 💜

Today I went in -69 kg brown/ black belt division, and I managed to win gold in my weight class + silver in the open weight 💜

I felt very good and I’m so proud of myself 💜
Thanks to everyone who came up to me and cheered me up, I am forever grateful, you guys warm up my heart!
