I have always felt the suffering of others and because of that I have always felt a hurt within. I have also always felt a deep connection with Love/Truth/God/Oneness and because of that I’ve always felt a joy within.I see the hurt we cause to people, animals and our precious earth and it saddens me so deeply that it is hard for me to post happy stuff. But sharing joy is as important because joy heals and isn’t that what we are all so desperately in need of?I am eternally grateful for my family, the places we’ve visit this summer, the beautiful vegan foods we have tasted and for the majestical outdoors we have experienced.But I will never turn away from shedding light on the darkness and for motivating others towards compassionate activism for people, animals and our shared home🙏🏽 #freepalestine #animalliberation #bethechange#weareone 🧕🏽🕊️🌎💚 by @now.you.shine

Yesterday was magically beautiful, the way life should be lived: people from all walks of life, different cultures, religion and opinions but with the same shared willing and desire to live in harmony with one another. Thank you @workingwithsatya for creating such a strong loving community to which I feel home too🙏🏽🫶🏼💖✨and thank you @le_rami for hosting us at your beautiful quinta which bursts with love💖✨I drove back home with tears of gratitude and love but also tears of deep pain for the endless suffering in the world. To not confront that as it may be too painful is not an option for me, that is not a full life.Israel kills an entire classroom full of children every single day. Palestinian hostages including children are brutally tortured.Being silent about this I cannot. On international Women’s day I send love to all women everywhere. And for the beautiful organization @yogagivesback -empowering women and children in India through microcredit loans and scholarships-, i hosted a donation based workshop: “Conscious Awareness and Compassionate Activism” where we delved into our inner truth and wether our actions align with our values and with the frequency of our hearts. Changing perception and breaking through conditioning is hard and yet the only thing that can truly set you free and live and lead from a place of wholeness. In a broken world this is highly needed.
