[ReRe : The witch and her knight]
"Maybe it was never meant to be, but in this life I will do all to make it all mean everything."
A final rework of this work of Alice and Oz.
I wanted to show the bitterness in Oz, of finding the one he searched for so broken he has to fight and find the pieces of her to put back together.
But also the anger of Alice's feelings of Oz betraying her trust and putting himself in danger for a cause she fights all because of love. She's angry as he already died once, and she can't afford to lose him another time.
Both fight each other out of the anger of loneliness in a dance that can only be described as brutal and beautiful.

Well, I guess we've been playing a bit now and its so fun having to fly everywhere to do quests, play music and visit new places.

Its seriously a blast seeing our characters on paper like this when i know weve been playing for a while now.
Idk if its the same for you, but sky is my comfort game omlll...

Thank you for playing sky with me, and for this collab, honestly making me sob a bit thinking about this game AUUGHHH 😭😭😭 So crazy we became friends because of this game, the sheer chance of meeting DAMN.

The first drawing was inspired by the forest, and the second by the last place in sky, before being reborn.

To dust I go, rebirth of the flames of our previous death, fleeting memories slipping through my hands while the crimson rain turns me to stone.
How much longer, until we are born again ?
A picture. It lies on my own tomb, sunflowers covering the dirt where the casket lies empty. I am here, to you I am there, therefore I am a ghost.
And to me you are gone, a statue among billions.
Were we always dead, always ghosts, enjoying binary words and pixels of conversations ?
How much longer, until the sun rises ?
How many seconds left, to this lovely day ?

I guess this is kinda nice, its really difficult picking a background but i chose the forest's end as i often go there.

[ The Outcasts of Wyvernhearrt ]
A quick reference sheet for their portrait.
Eyro, Alice, Oz and Amarante (left to right)

RECAP :

Oz is the leader of the rebellion against the empire of light, he's a pretty good fighter but a better writer and strategist. Raised by his loving family, Oz never learned about his royal heritage from his grandparents, or of the dangers of his origins or appearance. Calm and reserved he still panicks easily when the odds stack against him, an old habit from his years cowering. Despite his looks and pretend, Oz is very caring and friendly to people he likes, even being described as mischievious when the opportunity comes. His favourite hobby is probably writing and telling Alice his stories.

Alice was always the fighter wherever she went. Her natural skills in fire manipulation and hard training in close quarter combat give her the obvious upper hand in most battlefields. Having been taken from her adoptive parents at a young age, Alice was taught by the elves how to adapt a cold high class personality. Although, the more she spent time with the Outcasts, the more she took back her teasing and snarky persona. Alice loves joking around, and she especially enjoys listening to Oz's stories while cleaning her blades.

Eyro flies high within every skies of every cities, always a song to share, always a drink to have. Exiled by his own people for straying from traditions, he drowns out the noise in his head by trying to be the kindness he never had. Many smiles have been brought back because of him, and in the Outcasts, Eyro feels at home, able to play for everyone. Of course, Eyro gives out his emotions to his friend on a plate, overshares and definitely tries getting a hug whenever the memories flood back. His favourite thing is playing his music around the fire.

Finally, Amarante is Oz's secret sister. Having been raised by their grandmother's friend apart from him, Amarante has always known her healing abilities. She's a sweet young woman who just wants the best for everyone. Her morals are high, and unlike Eyro, she isnt naive, and will hurt people if needed. She never panicks, and will always try her best.

Gosh I loved drawing this piece, its a full render, meaning i did lineart for the first time in a while, clean lineart can you imagine ?! It lowkey feels good to do some line ngl.
Anyway, loved drawing R0e and everything.
I grew up with lgbt friendly media like idk... Doctor who, Undertale, and even if the media wasnt, the communities sure were.

[SKY COTL]
Just something I did quickly. Im not too proud of it but its better than nothing i guess.
I was stuck with the sketch and colors and decided to skip everything to give off a different vibe.
I dont hate it but its not good i think.
