My entry for best ornamental this year at @nixtattooshow

We started this piece back in April and did 3 sessions & a touch up session. Done using @kwadron needles. This piece is fully healed. (Sorry for the glare at the top).

Thank you @youdingle for your commitment and patience with this project. We made it to the final round of judging. I’m super proud of this piece and couldn’t have asked for a better client to put it on. You fully trusted the process and allowed me full creative freedom. That’s all an artist could ever ask for ✨

Congratulations to the winners of the category 👏 🎉 . Being able to compete with some of the best artists in the country is such an honour.

Here’s to another year of grinding and improving 🥂🫡👏

Get to know me 🙃 enjoy these blasts from the past! Even some close friends haven’t seen these 😅🫣

I think I’m finally at a point now where I truly am not bothered if people have anything negative to say about any of these before photos.

✨Consistency✨is the magic word that correlate all of these photos. I’m super humble about all of these before/after photos and I’m glad I have them to look back on.

If any of you guys have similar journeys/interests to mine I’d love to hear about them during our sessions. 😌

✨🏆1st Place Winner Best Large Geometric 🏆✨

Let me tell you my brain was in shambles after I completed this with laser focus during @inkedcircusexpos Niagara. 😅

We started off on a late start due to traffic (we all know how that goes) but we’re able to pull through to the finish line just before the time cut off. Super happy with how this one turned out & I couldn’t have asked for a better client to do it for. Connor sat like an absolute rock and was so cooperative with the whole experience. I applaud any client who sits for an all day session at a convention! 👏
.
.
Thank you to @inkedcircusexpos & @theclockworkbeetle for making such a cool award!

A little reminder to make art just for the sake of making art. 👻🖤
.
.
Not everything we create needs to be for a client, a commission, or something to sell. Sometimes it’s nice to step away from the pressure of creating for a living and make something simply because it brings you joy.
.
.
As artists, it’s easy to get caught up in the business side of creativity and forget the fun, experimental, messy side that made us fall in love with art in the first place. 🕸️
.
.
This pumpkin was just a little excuse for me to have fun, get creative, and make something with no expectations attached. No price tag, no deadline, no pressure. Just art for the love of it. 🖤
.
.
She’s at the shop @steelninkthewell if you want to see her in person 😈 Alongside pumpkins painted by the others on our amazing team.
.
Swipe to see the process in reverse ⏪
Kinda sad that she will eventually rot 🥹💔

New Animal Flash 🐻🐻 it’s been a minute since I’ve designed some animals!

I’ll be tattooing these during my Banff guest spot this October — and I would LOVE to see these pieces come to life while I’m there. 🏔️

If you’re interested in claiming one, DM me with the animal you’d like + your preferred placement.

No repeats. Once they’re gone they’re gone.
Pricing will depend on size & placement.

If you have another animal in mind I’d be happy to do that for you too. Or even your pet?!

I’ll be taking on flash and customs and would absolutely love to create something special for you while I’m there. I will be releasing new animal flash over the next few weeks 🐻 what else do you guys want to see?!

It’s actually 5 coming up in September haha** TikTok reminded me of some videos I had posted 4 years ago.

Going on 5 years of showing up. 5 years of Discipline 🔥🔥 There will always be days when you don’t feel like going, days you feel tired, unmotivated, or like you’re not seeing enough progress.

Go any way.

Stop comparing your journey to everyone else’s. Focus on yourself. Focus on your goals. Have boundaries.

Let this be your reminder to not quit and invest in yourself. You’re future self would be proud 💪🏻💪🏻🔥

*UPDATE** SOLD **
Ornamental piece up for grabs ✨
.
.
I’m offering this design at 50% off my usual day rate. I’m looking for someone who can commit to finishing this piece by the end of 2026. Would love to place it on the back of the thighs. Up to you if you want to do one or both. Each thigh will take a minimum of 2 sessions.
.
.
I’m also happy to do one thigh with this design and create another with a similar vibe/shape if you don’t want them to be symmetrical. I will adjust the curve at the top to fit your anatomy.
.
DM if you are interested. 🤝😌
