DSR027 - crapgum “terrible culture normalizing” Lp

Crapgum is a powerviolence grinder duo from Bangkok, Thailand, consisting of guitar and vocals alongside drums and vocals. After releasing their EP through Vanilla Thunder Records in 2025, they return this year with an 11 track full length that feels harsher, tighter, and more confrontational. The record delivers sharp criticism toward the injustices surrounding us, especially within the hardcore punk scene, calling out patriarchy, luxury obsession, capitalism, and the everyday hypocrisy that too often passes as normal. It ultimately erupts into anger against toxic behaviors and rotten cultures that this era continues to legitimize, perfectly captured in the title Terrible Culture Normalizing. The release is available on cassette with matching Tees, offered separately or as a bundle. One of the visual tracks from the album will be released on YouTube on the 13th of this month.
