Still can't believe it...
Everything I worked for for the past 15 weeks...

Finally, at an end... but not done!

After this year's 8 months and some change lol we're taking the time to recover and enjoy life a bit and let that double grocery bill go back to a single bill lmfao.

With that being said, this next chapter will be at least a long 4 month bulk before deciding to pick my next show!

I'd like to say I'll be doing the Fresno classic again, but only time, hard work, dedication, and discipline will tell!!

The goal is to hit 215 by January, so let's see what your boi can do yet again!!

Just wanted to get on here an thank the @spectrumfitnessproductions for a great show this past Saturday!!
It was truly awesome an was an even better experience battling up on that stage for the title!💪🏼🙌🏼

First review since my second prep and we're back!!

Today's review @ghostenergy A&W root beer 🍺

Right off the bat they nailed it 👌🏼
It tastes just like the original root beer flavor 😋
Only clear 🤣

Definitely one of the best tastes if had!!

10/10 on flavor
10/10 on presentation
9/10 caffeine content plus ingredients

What can I say...

2 weeks post show and here's how everything is looking!!

Sitting around 171.5 and 173 right now and we're working on getting up to 215-225 going in to this off season.

Goal is to pack on as much quality muscle while still being able to enjoy the holidays and home cooked meals I sacrificed for 8 long months 😋😭🤣

I know I'm already gna get questions about my diet and all that but no worries it's what works for me and my plan 😁💪🏼

In this video I came in to the workout fasted with only drinking coffee on the way... felt lazy AF btw😅

Definitely do not recommend this but I also had a high carb meal the night before and wanted to see how my body reacted and this ladies and gentlemen was the result of that meal (fat ass burrito 🌯 🤣)

Time to grow fam!!💪🏼💯

1 week post show and we're looking solid AF!!!

Didn't think 171 could look like 181 🤣🤣

And still looking tanned 🤣🤣 shout out @showtimetans 🙌🏼💯

Not taking anything but T and slamming protein shakes for the time being while my system recovers and I get back in the swing of things.

First 2 workouts of the off season were killer!!
Yesterday's ad workout was awesome and insane at the same time!!🙌🏼💪🏼💯

My partner for the day killed it and made me proud that he didn't give up even when I got a lil slippery 😅🤣 (pause) 🤣

All jokes aside I'm feeling great after 8.5 months of contest prep and are ready to get growing!

Just gna keep things simple and focused on the food!!

The training is there and doing its job so I'm not concerned there as you can see 💪🏼🤣💯

Welp... we fuckn did it ya'll!!

We placed 3rd in masters 40+ 🙏🏼💯

It was definitely some tough competition again, and I definitely know what we need to bring for next year...

We're still gonna get judges' feedback, take that, and get right back to work and make the improvements where we need them.

All I can say for this show being my first show ever coaching myself and being an athlete at the same time was fuckn crazy! There was so much running through my mind it was crazy...

With that being said, I'll be coaching myself again for the bulking program and show prep again for the 2027 season... unless 🤔🤔😁🤣

And now the MVPs of this run!!

Sorry for the underwear shot!!! Lmfao

Straight out the sauna!!
Had to get that deathly fighting for water and air look after dying in the sauna for 3 rounds lmfao

The new routine is Outland can't wait to present my look with my new shorts as well!!

Thanks to @manifest_competitionwear I was able to score a few shorts ahead of time for this year and next🙌🏼💯

And it's just like that...

We're just about to cross the finish line and show the 559 what the fuck we did!!

Been an amazing experience, time, and learning process this past 8 months.

From the people I've met to the people I've lost!
It was all worth it!!

Now as the clock counts down we've got some work still to do just not as extreme.

Hopefully, we can nail the look we've been working for and keep practicing the poses we'll be set!!
