Biruk Kebede 3:36.65 🥇 St Mary’s BMC 1500m. After some very consistent solid results this summer Biruk breaks through with a 2 second PB… More to come 🔜 Brhane Gebrehne also PB’d in the same race 3:37.32 -after a 800m PB of 1:47.14 on Tuesday in Trafford.

🤷‍♂️ Dave goes sub 1:50!!! At the 800m Trafford open Dave clocked a time of 1:49.54 V40 3rd all time just the 3rd man under the barrier of 1:50 incredible performance 🏁❗️⏱️

Honourable mention to James O’Brien, who clocked a superb SB of 1:48.72 at the Trafford Open — a meet that unbelievably saw 10 men break 1:50 at a Level 1 open.
Even more impressive: 9 of those athletes train under Norman Poole including Evan Savage who PB’d with 1:48.98
James now heads to the USA 🇺🇸 to begin the next chapter of his track career at Stanford University, and we couldn’t be prouder of him.

@npelitemanchester is a Manchester based team coached by 5x Olympic Coach, author and middle distance expert Norman Poole.

We recently joined Norman’s team for their Saturday session at Wythenshawe track, seeing first hand the hard graft that the team put in, whilst giving them the chance to put the SS26 Race Collection through its paces.

From track to 26.2 and beyond, Race Collection is designed for all distances and all paces - from back of the pack, up to the elite field. by @npelitemanchester
