Every border is a human argument with the terrain

Across the Deccan, we draft gazettes, erect concrete gates, and litigate in tribunals, convinced that a river can be partitioned and registered to a state. We measure our sovereignty in TMC feet, canal alignments, and administrative jurisdictions.

Yet water obeys only gravity and the slope of the rock. It cascades through spillways and floods delta silt without reading the treaties we carve above it. It nourishes soil regardless of whether the farmer speaks Kannada or Telugu.

Kintsugi does not hide a break. It fills it with gold. Our borders are the cracks. The Krishna and the Tungabhadra are the gold that holds the map together.

Every trip is a quiet balance between three things:

The place you’re driving to, the people sharing the car with you, and the memories taking shape in real time. 🚗 🌧️ 🌊

You laugh through the long drive, talk over the rain hitting the glass, and share roadside tea. But then you arrive. Standing at the edge of Jog Falls, listening to the thunder of the water wrapped in mist, you step into your own thoughts for a moment. You realize that while you came here together, the peace you find in nature is entirely your own. ☁️✨

From the laughter on the highway to the quiet awe at the edge. 🎧

ಪ್ರಯಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗು, ಹರಟೆ, ರಸ್ತೆಯ ನೆನಪುಗಳು... ಆದರೆ ಜೋಗ ಜಲಪಾತದ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತಾಗ ಆ ಸದ್ದು ಅಡಗಿ, ಒಂದು ಅಪೂರ್ವ ಶಾಂತಿ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ತುಂಬುತ್ತದೆ. 💧✨
