Life isn't about finding yourself

Amidst the Glitz and Glam, here's a recap of my 2024 so far:

- From waking up at 4:30 AM, 6 days a week, to crossing borders (SG-MY) for work via public transport (multiple modes: 🛻🚶🏻🚌🚆🚶🏻), and then working my ass off in the gym after a long, tiring day
(P.S. Some days I cross the Causeway bridge by foot, then head straight to the gym) — it has always been hard.

But these days are special to me...

- From performing a physically taxing job, where I lead a team and manage heavy machinery, to juggling pageant preparation (coaching for catwalks, poses, speeches, and Q&As) — it has always been hard.

But these days are special to me...

- From introspecting: "Why am I doing what I'm doing?" to constantly worrying if my boss will approve my long leave, it has been hard.

But these days are special to me...

Along this journey, I’ve learned some valuable lessons (Cbum-inspired ):

- You numb the bad, you numb the good.
- Pressure is a privilege.
- Never focus solely on the outcome; enjoy the journey.
- Learn to trouble the trouble. Sooner or later, the trouble will feel like a walk in the park.

Just like a workout, you’ve got to progressively overload your life to see growth. If you see it as pressure, it’ll feel like pressure. But if you see it as an opportunity for growth, it will become just that.

It's been ONE HELLUVA journey — embracing both the good and bad in life. ☯️

**Last but not least: BE YOU, BE UNIQUE.**

💜 DAY 08 - PURPLE | SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION

Who you are should never be defined by your age, gender, appearance, relationship status, or financial success.

Society may have its expectations, but you don’t have to spend your life trying to fit into them.

Self-discovery begins when you stop seeking approval and start understanding yourself. Growth means having the courage to embrace who you are, even when it challenges what others expect you to be.

This Navaratri, PURPLE represents transformation — the freedom to discover yourself beyond society’s labels.

🦋 Becoming yourself is a journey worth embracing.

💛 DAY 05 - YELLOW | JOY

Who decided that men always have to be strong, serious, and composed?

A man can be powerful and still be playful. Confident and still be expressive. Masculine and still find joy in the simplest things.

Joy has no gender, and neither does the freedom to be yourself.

This Navaratri, YELLOW celebrates the beauty of being unapologetically happy, without worrying about how the world expects you to behave.

💛 Be yourself. Wear your joy.

Navaratri Day 2 🌺 | பிரம்மச்சாரிணி 🙏🏽

Day 2 celebrates Goddess Brahmacharini, a symbol of patience, devotion and inner strength. ✨

Just like her journey, ours too is about staying strong, trusting the process and never giving up.

🕊️🤍 DAY 02 WHITE - THE CLARITY OF PEACE 🤍
🕊️ PAUSE. BREATHE. REFLECT. ALIGN. TRANSCEND. 🕊️
Not every stillness is idleness.
Not every silence is a lack of strength.
Sometimes, the quietest moments of your mind become the source of your deepest spiritual clarity. 🕊️
✨ WHITE IS MORE THAN A COLOUR. IT IS SERENITY. IT IS AWAKENING. IT IS THE COURAGE TO FIND PEACE WITHIN. ✨
🤍 வெள்ளை என்பது வெறும் நிறமல்ல;
For generations, men were taught that strength meant endless battles.
But true power is not just withstanding the storm - it is having the wisdom to seek stillness after it.
A man’s peace is his highest spiritual grace. 🤍
பலமாக இருப்பது என்பது எப்போதும் போராடுவது அல்ல;
This Navaratri, let every shade break a boundary.
Let every silence awaken a soul.
And let every inward journey remind us - SHAKTI IS ALSO THE STILLNESS OF A CLEAR MIND. 🪔✨
இந்த நவராத்திரியில், ஒவ்வொரு நிறமும் ஒரு தடையை உடைக்கட்டும்;
