Just out there doing the things she was told she couldn’t do .. had to repost this I’m so proud of her… went to Branson went up in weight and up in age while still being in her lower weight … then joined a high school duals team in Missouri!!! Just to see if she could.

She got wins and some losses but man the talent up there is craaaaazy. This was so good for her heart and her mind to know that she’s capable of doing things that once would scare her… I’m excited to see her go into her Novice year of wrestling with a little extra pep.

I asked chat to describe life lately … it’s pretty darn accurate .. except my son won’t wear pants … or shoes 🤷‍♀️

I’m trying … that’s all that matters 😂

if I don’t answer .. I’m on the phone, I’m driving, I’m driving again, in meetings, flying, potentially napping in the car while my clothes dries … but other than that .. HI 👋 by @nr_ingle

When people ask what Ive been up to but I can’t really explain that I’ve been busy rewiring my nervous system, learning to sit through fear, healing parts of me i didn’t even know were damaged, rebuilding myself from the inside out, loving boldly, healing quietly, praying strongly. So sometimes I just say “busy”. by @nr_ingle

There isn’t enough words to say how proud I am of Nevaeh and all the hard work she puts into something that she loves. It’s hard for people to understand sometimes why we are so willing to spend countless hours driving her to gyms to train, sleepy mornings, driving her everywhere from Deep Ellum to Keller to Azle to Southlake … because in this picture, this smile tells you everything! She loves what she does, she lives it, there’s no other things she would rather be doing than this. And for as long as me and her father live, we will always support her dreams @roland_ingle 👌🏽🥇

A huge, thank you to all her incredible and amazing coaches that support her in every possible way all the time! @coach.t.clark @hey_coach_matt @e.v.c.junior @alexandria.liles @brandon_chapin @passion_hollins @coachhollins @luvlelatina.sc_luvlelatina @leecelestino_ @ilianavwrestles @_ag.pov by @nr_ingle
