My entire journey recap going from 0 endurance fitness, degenerate DJ/Producer with stacks and stacks of lies and excuses of why I was not succeeding. I never held my own promise to myself. I never held myself accountable.
A little over a year ago I made a promise to myself to change that.

I hope this videos inspires others to do the same and start choosing yourself over external factors that are constantly fed into our brains.

There’s no upsell, no offer, no fucken course. Just pure emotion and expression of my inner mind.

My first Triathlon Full RECAP💭

I couldn’t have completed this without the endless support from my friends and family. They helped me find my new self and helped mold me into who I am today. Having them by my side has given me true confidence to achieve anything I put my mind to.

Lastly I want to thank my coach @endurancedadlife, when I first got into triathlons I kept bugging him asking him a million questions everyday. Eventually he offered to work with me on this new journey. 200+ training sessions and 9 months later, I’d say we’ve built a solid friendship and understanding for each other’s goals.
I might’ve not gone sub 6 but the baseline is set. Next goal is to shave 1 hour off and go SUB 6.

Happy but not satisfied.

First Triathlon ☑️
From Degen DJ to Ironman, what a journey it has been!
It was electrifying to see friends and family in the crowd while deep in the pain cave. Training may be lonely but you’re never alone, it takes a village to accomplish one of these bad boys. Super grateful to be surrounded by such supporting and loving human beings. I’ll be riding this high for a bit then it’s back to the training books. There is a lot that needs to be done…

Planted my seeds in the NYC music industry before taking a MAJOR step back to re-evaluate life. I’d like to thank @leftimusic for believing in me and my journey! Fun fact I sat on this track “Telecommunication” for over a year, before I decided to send this one over to @quincyboyrecords around 8 months ago. At last today is the release date for this bad boy.
