You already love taking class… but have you ever thought about teaching one? 👀 Join us this Sunday, September 27 at 11:15 AM at the studio for our Instructor Info Session to learn more about becoming part of the barre3 Lakewood Ranch instructor team. Between school drop-offs, pickups, errands, practices and everything in between, I spend A LOT of time sitting. So when I get to barre3, these are 3 moves I love to incorporate into my classes: ✨Open the hips ✨Wake up the glutes ✨Strengthen my core After spending so much of the day getting everyone where they need to go, I love having a place where I can take a little time to move, reset and feel strong again. Want to experience barre3 for yourself? Come move with us at barre3 Lakewood Ranch 🧡 . #barre3 #barre #lakewoodranch #fitness #carline by @nroenicke
A collab we will never forget. @barre3lwr headed out to Ivory Acres for a @wildcoreclub event we will never forget. A night of community, movement and majestic animals. Who’s ready to go back out for another event?! 🙋🏽‍♀️ . #myakka #lakewoodranch #barre3 #barre3lwr #elephantsantuary by @nroenicke
Four different tones. One very clear message: let’s go to barre3. 😂 Because movement can be challenging, empowering, grounding—and still leave plenty of room for laughter. Come as you are. We’ll save you a spot at the barre🧡 #barre3lwr #barreclass #lakewoodranch #sarasotafitness by @nroenicke
We’re growing our team 🤍 We’re looking for our next barre3 instructors! If you love barre3, love bringing people together, and have ever thought about taking your place at the front of the studio, this might be your sign. No teaching experience? No problem. We’re looking for people who have an ear for the beat, aren’t afraid to lead a room, bring great energy, and are excited to learn. We’ll teach you the rest. ✨ The movement is pretty special, but the community? Unmatched. 🫶 Think this could be you? Send us an email at lakewoodranch@barre3.com to learn more! #barre3lwr #barreclass #barreinstructor #pilatesinstructor by @nroenicke
Thinking it was hard to drop your first baby off at Kindergarten only to find out it’s as equally hard to see them off to their first day of High School. Wishing I could slow down time to hold onto my baby a little more but so excited for this new chapter she has ahead of her. by @nroenicke
Because one day we will miss this! by @nroenicke
It’s been a minute but the new retail drop is 🤌🏾. The colors, the fabrics, matching sets, summer shorts. We’ve got it all and it won’t last long. What’s going home with you?! by @nroenicke
