Remember our Feb screening of FRONTLINE FOLKLORE, a documentary by artist @ben_edge_art? It was one of our particularly popular events.😎🔥

That’s why we’re thrilled to share Ben will be showing his follow-up doc, THE FOLK RENAISSANCE on the 19th of May ✨

Hosted in the sumptuously decorative @fitzroviachapel, our founder, @nsmlles, will be joining Ben for a Q&A talk after the screening.

It’s been a month since our Samhain celebration ‘Season of the Witch’ @ampneypark, presented by @lost.art.media in partnership with @sabatmagazine… and we’re still obsessed with the magic of the day ✨🍸🌚

Our pop-up cinema club, SECRET CEREMONY, is about more than just showing movies. We bring to life the cinematic universe of the witchy, surreal and gorgeously aesthetic films that we screen.

For this eponymous celebration, we watched SEASON OF THE WITCH (1973) in a Jacobean Manor, then spent the rest of the day feasting and partaking in rituals. Quite the way to honour the darker months 🖤

This year, our monthly screenings have been curated around the tarot - but in January that season comes to an end with a bang. Our final film will channel the energy of the devil card 👹

What a way to celebrate Samhain… thank you to all who came to ‘Season of the Witch’ at @ampneypark, presented to you in partnership by @lost.art.media and @sabatmagazine 🖤

We drank, dined, @tiaxixatarot read the cards, and we honoured our ancestors through a series of small rituals that marked this time when the veil between the living and the dead is at its thinnest 🕯️

We’ve always been more than a film club, we love to bring people together and welcome them into a sultry cinematic universe. This was our first ever SECRET CEREMONY outside of London and our biggest production yet… so we knew we had to pull out all the stops. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a night of ceremony and spirituality ✨

Directed by cult auteur & author, Alejandro Jodorowsky, this film is all about the free-wheeling spirit within us 💃🏽

It enters into the dance of life, fortune, destiny and art in a sublime and uncanny way. ENDLESS POETRY is an ode to letting the fates guide you, leaning in and trusting the winds, rolling the dice and seeing where you land 🌬️

In September, we’ll be showing ENDLESS POETRY, directed by cult auteur and author, Alejandro Jodorowsky 👼🎈💀🪩🤡
