🏈 Throwback Thursday! 🏈

Today we're celebrating the incredible journey of Joselynn Carrington!

From graduating with the Class of 2025 at The Delta Academy in North Las Vegas to starring at Del Sol Academy of the Performing Arts as a women’s flag football player 4-star recruit, Offensive MVP, and Under Armour All-American, Joselynn has continued to raise the bar.

She also made history as one of the first student athletes to join Nevada State University's inaugural women's flag football team. Her dedication, leadership, and passion for the game continue to inspire the next generation. 🦂💛🖤

Check out Part 1 of her amazing story!

When one chapter ends, another starts. I’m very excited to announce that I will be transferring to Nevada State University next year!

Thank you to the NSU coaching staff for being able to make this possible and giving me the opportunity to be a part of their program!

Thank you to my coaches and teammates at Keiser who have helped me grow as a player as well as a person, giving me things I will carry for the rest of my life!

Lastly, thank you to my family. This process of transferring has not been easy but without the endless support from you all, none of this would be possible.

I’m excited for what’s to come!

I am beyond blessed to announce my commitment to Nevada State University. The last but first step is completed. I’m officially a Stinger.

Thank you, to my Lord and Savior . You always been with me even when I felt like I wasn’t with myself. I never used to pray before but I remember, I was outside one day ready to quit, and I looked to the sky and asked you for a lead way and you led me to my bible and gut feelings to pray before every game and now it’s natural . That’s when I knew I could never quit because you always showed GRACE. I live by faith now .

Coach Pap and Coach AB. The day I met you guys and did my research I knew this was the kind of family I wanted to be surrounded by . Thanks to you both . You guys made it happen. I wouldn’t be a stinger without you guys .

Thank you to all friends and family . It’s many people out there who didnt know their words of encouragement and even actions kept me going at it everyday. I’m beyond grateful to have a village behind me. I keep you guys in mind for times like this. I love and appreciate you all. Mama Mili , Coach Juli. , Coach Celina , Coach Walker , Uncle FNO , and Gio. Thank you for EVERYTHING.

Best for last. Mom nobody know what it took to get here. If it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be anywhere in life. Thank you for always being there for every failure & also every achievement I’ve ever received in this life. This one is big and it’s for you. I love you Mom.

IM A STINGER NOW!!!
