A meal is never just a meal in Paris.

It’s wine before the food. Conversations before the check. Afternoons that linger because no one is watching the clock.

When I think back on this trip, I won’t remember just one dish or one restaurant. I’ll remember the feeling of gathering around a table, sharing stories, laughing a little longer, and having nowhere else to be.
